Guardianship Workshop

Do you have questions about guardianship and conservatorship? When individuals with disabilities reach 18, they become legal adults, with full rights and responsibilities, regardless of disability. Guardianship and conservatorship are substitute decision-making alternatives for those who need assistance. Families wonder what is the right decision, steps they need to take, what a guardian or conservator does and what are the rights of the person under guardianship. This workshop will help answer those questions and more, with an attorney presenting on the legal processes.
