CCD Rally Keeps Disability Issues On Legislators' Minds

The Minnesota Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities (MN CCD), a 45 member consortium of organizations serving people with disabilities and their families, rallied at the Minnesota State Capitol April 12, urging support for increasing special education funding, reducing the waiting list for waivered services, passing a cost of living adjustment for staff, eliminating co-pays for people on Medical Assistance and more. Arc is a member of the consortium.
