Arc Members from Minnesota Participate in 2007 Disability Policy Seminar

March 4- 6, 2007

Fifteen Arc members from Minnesota were among 600 people from around the country who spent two intensive days learning about public policies impacting people with disabilities. On the third day, participants met with Minnesota’s legislators in Washington to discuss issues and concerns. Minnesota’s delegation included volunteers Gail Hoffmann, Thomas and Rochelle Turan, Will Weldin, Tricia Bemboom, Cindy Johnson, Nathan and Les Bauer and Mary and Dave Fenske. Arc staff members included Kim Keprios, Steve Larson, Mike Gude, Barb Lemke and Beth Fondell.
