Minnesota Vikings Players Turn Out for Hometown Huddle

On the day after a night game victory in New Orleans, Minnesota Vikings Matt Birk, Robert Ferguson, Tarvaris Jackson, Gus Frerotte, Pat Williams, Benny Sapp, Fred Evans, Thomas Tapeh and Otis Grigsby, Viktor the Viking mascot and Spirit the Qwest mascot, turned out to help collect donations for Arc’s Value Village at the annual United Way/NFL Hometown Huddle. Steady rain slowed donations, but didn’t dampen spirits, especially the spirits of three busloads of children from Bluff Creek Elementary in Chaska who stopped by with donations.
