Many faith communities would like to be more inclusive and
welcoming for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, but
often they don’t know where to begin or what steps to take. At this meeting of
the Interfaith Inclusion Network, speaker Barb Lemke of Arc Greater Twin Cities
will cover the how-to’s of inclusion: assessing needs, training staff and
volunteers, adapting activities and more. Participants will also receive sample
assessments and other useful forms. Bring your questions and stories and get
expert advice on creating a faith community where all may worship! Date:
