    Arc Greater Twin Cities respects the personal privacy of visitors to our website. Keeping your information private and in a secure environment is very important. When you browse our website, you do so anonymously. Personal information is not collected, unless you voluntarily provide us with information as described below. Arc will not share with third parties your name, street address, telephone number or e-mail address without consent. We do not sell or rent personal information.

    In order to improve performance and design of the website and provide better service, Arc tracks site usage through information taken from server log files. This information is never shared or sold to individuals or organizations outside of Arc Greater Twin Cities.

    If you have used your credit card to purchase a membership, register for a program or make a donation to Arc, your card number is stored on a secure server protected by firewalls. Arc Greater Twin Cities uses computer encrypted technology to protect your information and this information is kept confidential. Arc Greater Twin Cities uses Verisign, the most respected and secure name in online payment processing, to fulfill customer payment services on the website. A very limited number of staff at Arc Greater Twin Cities has secure access to data. Employees are held accountable for privacy principles.
